In love with his region of origin and passionate about these wines for over 15 years, Marc-Edouard started the OenoSpheres adventure with his associates in January 2015. He is graduated from Lille Business School in marketing specialization, as well as from University Institute of Vine and Wine of Burgundy specialty wine and wine tourism, Marc-Edouard is also keen on wine tourism discoveries: Tuscany, Veneto, Piedmont, Rioja, Pénédes, Napa Valley, Sonoma County ...

The OenoSpheres project was born from a desire to introduce the different spheres of Champagne wines and region by opening the doors of this exceptional terroir. His watchwords are listening, attention to detail, creativity and sense of experience.


OenoSpheres was born of two passions:  
the passion for a region and that of its wine.


Together, they are part of a living legacy just as remarkable as it is well-diversified through its terroir, its vineyards, its cellars, its Champagne Houses, its cultural traditions and its craftsmanship.

Arrived from California nearly 15 years ago, Susan was quickly adopted by Champagne region but also and especially by champagne wines. WSET certified and having worked in different wine estates Susan will share with you her passion and her vision acquired during her different experiences



Ambassador of Champagne 2016 and trainer for the Champagne Committee, Olivier has a recognized Champagne culture. His studies at the wine school of Avize in Champagne and his various professional experiences will make your stay an unforgettable experience.



Originally from Sweden, after a long life in the USA (Connecticut), Carl made the choice to come and live in Champagne, his vineyard of heart, more than 10 years ago now in 2005. Real specialist recognized by many champagne houses and growers, Carl will share with you his sharp and experienced eyes of the wine world but also champagne wine.



After 10 years spent abroad (UK and Luxembourg) as a sommelier of palaces and luxury hotels, Nicolas wished to continue to transmit his passion for wine during oenotouristic stays to discover the terroir of Burgundy. Trainer at the Wine School of Burgundy and accredited ""Official Trainer on Burgundy wines"" by the BIVB Nicolas will make your experience in Burgundy an unforgettable moment.
